So by a technical reading, you're wrong: "exact text" doesn't seem to
leave room for question.

Yet the common convention is exactly as you describe; and after
extensive discussion on this list, I can't recall anyone insisting that
you needed multiple references to any given cited work. I have no clue
what that means from a legal perspective.

It doesn't, as far as I can tell, unless "add" implies "at the end" in
contract law.

Note also that you ONLY add your line if you actually contribute OGC. If
all you're doing is reusing -- such as, say, a simplistic module which
uses vanilla monsters and treasure from the SRD -- then I think you have
no new OGC to contribute, and you don't add a Section 15 line.
