All this talk of folks not being in-line with the licenses, had me go to
the WotC site and read them again. My big question comes to this:

===
6.   Effects of Termination
Upon termination, You shall immediately stop all use of the Licensed
Articles and will destroy any inventory or marketing material in Your
possession bearing the d20 System trademark logos. You will remove any use
of the d20 System trademark logos from your advertising, web site,
letterhead, or any other use. You must instruct any company or individual
that You are or become aware of who is in possession of any materials
distributed by You bearing the d20 System trademark logos to destroy those
materials. You will solely bear any costs related to carrying out this
term of the License.
===

How is the destruction of an individual's property enforceable? As Clark,
I believe, stated, Joe Gamer doesn't care about OGL, they just want the
books. Now, say Joe Gamer owns book Y by company X, and bought it directly
from the company. Company Y has been found in breach, and has had the
license revoked, and has, by the license, told everyone who has purchased
books from them to destroy said books. Does Joe Gamer *have* to destroy
the book?
