Joe Gamer hasn't entered into any kind of license simply by 
purchasing "Slayer's Guide to Infringement". Even if Into the Breach 
Games told him to destroy it later, as the license appears to 
require, I can't see how anything compels Joe to honor the request. 
The OGL is a license from one publisher to another.
