As part of the project, we will convert the entirety of the SRD into
DocBook XML, and from there to HTML, PDF, RTF, MS-Help, etc.

It is draft, and I thought the release that I had up (mammoth) included
the license...  Check here, this is the original done under the
Gentleman's Agreement => http://sourceforge.net/projects/ogexchange

Newer versions based on the officially released versions will be made
either the last week of March, or early April.  Right now I'm currently
prepping for the GAMA Tradeshow and can't put as much time as I'd like
getting those files in order to post.

If anyone is interested in volunteering to help {warning most of the
things I need are very mundane, but time consuming} please contact me
