I am not sure what the purpose of for wanting the Alternate SRD Formats. But, you may want to look at some of the OGL/d20 computer programs out there. For instance I know that RolePlayingMaster has a vast amount of the SRD material in its database. If you want to be able to retrieve specific 'objects' of information a database format could be ideal, for instance a spell, feat, weapon stats. You could also write a program that could query the database and then output the data however you want, this would surely be easier than writing a program to parse the existing SRD rtf files and output the information.
