Ah, I understand now.  Yes it is possible, but it's very difficult, as
many on this group can attest too when we (PCGen) went through the
process.  The main thing to remember is that WotC has the final say on
things, so definitely talk to Anthony Valterra or Andrew Smith before
you release anything to the 'wild'.
