Thanks for all of the input. I'm the member of the Game Publishers
Association (GPA) who started this thread. I am interested in converting my
online RPG tools (that do not involve character creation) to d20 tools.
Many members of the GPA told me that this would be a better forum to discuss
it.

Several people have mentioned that I should contact Anthony or Andrew at
Wizards in order to get the best information. Does anyone on the list have
contact info that they can share?

Also, is someone from PCGen willing to answer some specific questions either
on-list or off-list. My first version of an online d20 tool is practically
ready (aas far as I can tell from reading the licenses) and I wondered if
someone from PCGen might provide some additional insight on whether or not I
covered all of the bases.

Thanks for everyone's help,
Jeffrey A. Mills, DVM
