The lack of discussion leads me to believe that the vote was a success
and we can move on.

I'm implementing "option C" in Mesa now.  The only question I have is
what should we name the preprocessor symbol to select between glext.h
and the built-in extensions in gl.h?

Allen had suggested GL_NONPORTABLE_SDK and I'm happy to go along with that
unless someone has a better idea.
