See below from Steve (remove the period from the end of his link if your browser doesn’t like the link) regarding Frontier’s request for more CAF money.   I believe the attached spreadsheet shows the affected counties correctly:

Subject: [WISPA Members] Frontier CAF Phase I Support -- Notice Process
Date: December 15, 2016 at 8:16:13 AM EST

Yesterday, the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice setting January 30, 2017 as the deadline for broadband providers to notify Frontier and the FCC that they provide broadband service of at least 3 Mbps/768 kbps in 515 census blocks.  In other words, Frontier would like to claim additional CAF funding for these blocks, but can only do so if there is no unsubsidized competitor meeting the 3/768 standard as Frontier claims.

Here is a link to the Public Notice: http://www.berrybest.com/relay9.asp?df=121416&pf=DA-16-1379A1.pdf&[email protected].  The list of the 515 census blocks is linked in the document (though that does not seem to work for me right now – I’ll look into this).
