I have successfully applied and been granted a permit for a County ROW. Looking to do one in the ODOT ROW. Odots paperwork looks a lot more complex. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share with me what one of your past permit applications looked like with ODOT so I can get some ideas what all they are looking for and how detailed.
