I was thinking about how great it might be if there were registers for effects
such as attack reflection, berserk status, and confusion.
For reflection, attacks with a "reflectable" bitset should affect the caster
(or enemy if attack is used on an ally) rather than the target if the target
has reflect status.
For berserk, a character with berserk status should just automatically use
their physical attack when their turn comes up.
For confusion, attacks made to use on enemies should be used on allies, and
vice versa.
