Although berserk and confuse have a lot in common, and could be implemented
similarly, reflect is totally separate. Spinning off bug 441.
This bug can focus on the issues related to automatic attacking, and different
targeting schemes for those automatic attacks.
And although berserk and confuse are similar, they will still need to be
implemented one-at-a-time.
