If you click the system menu, that is the upper left corner of the window, the familiar restore, move, size, minimize, maximize, close selections are accompanied by "Options". Seems > logical Yes. If d3dx9_24.dll is not present on the system, the fallback is to the ohr bmp format. The formats should be grayed out. I've actually never tested this.
