Turning on "Damage MP" causes the target stat to be changed to MP if it is HP.
"Reset target stat" causes the target stat to be restored... BEFORE "Damage MP"
sets the correct target stat.
I'm not sure whether we should fix this bug or not. There have got to be games
out there which set both bits on some attack, which has been possible since
2000.
If we do fix it, we can remove the Damage MP bit, which has been obsolete
forever, by changing the target stat!
If we added a preference bitset to emulate this bug, we actually wouldn't be
able to remove the Damage MP bit. And then we'd have even more bits.
