DFI_IMPLEMENT_CDECL(void, gfx_ShowCursor)
{
g_Mouse.setCursorVisibility(gfx::Mouse2::CV_SHOW);
g_Mouse.setInputState(gfx::Mouse2::IS_DEAD);
}

I can't fix it myself. I haven't been able to get gfx_directx.dll to
compile on my windows box.
