1. Bump PHP to 5.4.17
This can help improve the reported issues with connectivity issues between the
SQL Server 2008/MySQL/and PostGresSQL database components.

Hello.
I have the following problem.
I prepared php-54 component:

and need your review.
It is not complete yet. At least it misses MySQL/PostgreSQL connectivity
modules.
However, to build modules I need php-config available on build machine.
One more trouble - it is incompatible with php 5.2, because of
/usr/php/* links. php 52 delivers them unconditionally, new module has a
mediator on them.
Does build machine need php 5.2 to function correctly? Can it be
uninstalled? Or, better, can we resolve this conflict making php 5.2
links mediator-based?
