1. Bump PHP to 5.4.17

OK. Updated, building it.
Today I ported several php modules (including MySQL and PgSQL).
Missing are tcpwrap (is it still alive?), xdebug and suhosin (which
seems to be dropped by major distributions). I'll look at them later.

Built php 5.4.17. Now I have ports for all modules present in 5.2
except suhosin and tcpwrap which both seems to be expired and
unsupported with php 5.4.
