Hi WebDawg,
The first listed link is the original proposal hosted on the www site.
The 2nd is a revision of the original proposal with community feedback
considered and incorporated, etc.
The 3rd is Nikolam's alternate proposal.
I'll leave it up to others to answer your other questions.
