Illumos / OI developers could utilize modern tools, interact better with others, take advantage of various modern PR, issue tracking features? For example, could we utilize issue tracking under: https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate ? Right now, issue tracking on github seems disabled? Old tools look daunting and will essentially alienate new contributors. Potential contributors are mostly using Github/Gitlab IMO.
