So, this isn't exactly on topic, but I figured if anyone had an answer to this question, you guys would.
I was reading an email on the Fedora list. The user is trying to find a way to send a long series of pictures with minimal bandwidth, ideally having some sort of "diff" of the original (or perhaps just against the previous image).
