Turn them into a movie file using a lossless codec (or lossy, if that's ok), 
and send the movie file, then extract the frames on the other side?  That's 
pretty much how all the movie formats work -- sending occasional "key" frames, 
and on all the others just information about how they differ from the previous 
ones.
