I am finishing this up. 1. Do you think we should also let the user provide pivot per channel, not just contrast per channel as we talked about? He would then have to provide us with pairs per channel (x,y) where x is contrast and y is pivot.
2. About naming, I chose to call this just 'contrast' instead of 'contrast_manual' or whatever. We will later have other methods 'contrast_stretch' and 'contrast_match'. I think we should have this one just as 'contrast', what do you think?
