OK, I merged that PR to make it easy for people to turn off the OpenCV, even if 
it's found.

The only way the OpenCV is used is to provide interoperability with OpenCV. So 
if you're not using them together, you won't really miss anything by disabling 
it entirely. (That's a *slight* lie. ImageBufAlgo::capture_image uses OpenCV. 
But almost nobody cares about this.)
