Planning 1.0.4?

In the same vein as the 'Planning 1.1' thread -- I am curious as to the
thoughts on when we will release 1.0.4.
 
JIRA right now only has one active issue assigned to the 1.0 release
(OJB-50 reported by Tom). Any other outstanding issues or features that
people wish to get into the build? Seems like there have been some
significant bug-fixes that have been committed, that is is probably
worth getting the build out there.
