Why are there so many issues in JIRA that are not assigned to either 1.0 or
1.1? I think there's a few that should definitely be considered for the next
1.0 release...

JIRA right now only has one active issue assigned to the 1.0 release
(OJB-50 reported by Tom). Any other outstanding issues or features that
people wish to get into the build? Seems like there have been some
significant bug-fixes that have been committed, that is is probably
worth getting the build out there.
I've modified the issues that are assigned to me, accordingly. Three
of them are for the 1.0 CVS, and they should be doable for the 1.0.4
release.
