Put the OJB.properties and repository.xml (and other repository files) 
into either the WEB-INF/classes directory, or build them into the root 
of your application's JAR.  Also, I have recently started using the 
XDoclet OJB tags, and once I got over setting them up, they have really 
sped up my development process.
