See the "Getting started page" for OJB: http://db.apache.org/ojb/deployment.html#3.%20Additional%20jar%20archives
What I did was compare the Struts jar files with the OJB jar files and pick the latest version of each. From an example web app. that uses Struts and OJB, these are my main jar files:

commons-beanutils.jar
commons-collections-2.1.jar
commons-dbcp.jar
commons-digester.jar
commons-fileupload.jar
commons-lang-2.0.jar
commons-logging.jar
commons-pool-1.1.jar
commons-validator.jar
db-ojb-1.0.rc5.jar
jakarta-oro.jar
jcs.jar
log4j-1.2.8.jar
mysql-connector-java-3.0.8-stable-bin.jar (or whatever JDBC you use).
struts-legacy.jar
struts.jar
