Thanks, Peter.

The Zotero CC-NC group has been marked as "Public, Open Membership (http://www.zotero.org/support/groups). Library reading is open to anyone on the web, library editing to group members.

The group library can be used via a web interface (http://www.zotero.org/groups/cc-nc), but with the Zotero Firefox add-on (http://www.zotero.org/support/installation) it is also quite easy to export references in various formats or to add new items from web pages - I hope this helps.

        Kind regards,

                Paul Schultze-Motel

Paul,
Many thanks - this looks like a great idea.
Mark - can we make a BibSoup out of a Zotero group? And annotate it?
This would be a real example of eating our own dogfood

    Dear list members,

    although I am quite new to this list, I have been following Peter
    Murray-Rust's blog posts on CC-NC licences for some while.

    To collect the literature on this subject, I have just set up a
    Zotero group:

    Please feel free to add and edit.

        Lots of valuable input. We need someone to coordinate this (not me
        although I am happy to be on a working group). It shouldn't take
        more
        than a few days to (a) survey current practice in major
        publishers and
        funders and (b) collect the supporting literature.

        I am prepared to put in an FOI request to OUP and CUP as they are
        required to answer and I'll ask them things like
        * when
        * why
        * who

        More later
