There are enough now that it is probably hard to list them all, in any way that 
is up to date.

Tangentially, the Wikipedia pages around "free" and "open" ______ are a total 
mess of redundant, poorly organized information. Some folks
here might be ideal candidates to merge or otherwise rationalize them:
