I don't know how many people worked yesterday on issues with a site, it looks like someone have updated WP and all the plugins, I've removed W3TC entries from .htaccess and have temporary disabled widgets with twittr and feeds which were throwing errors, after someone updated plugins i could enable them back. Not sure what else have happened. I guess we could discuss at some point what workflow you use for fixing issues and documenting them. I guess using trac?...
