No. The entries with "1993-" are uncorrected from the time that he was president and we didn't know the ending date of his term of office. It's like when an author's name just has the date of birth, then dies, and the date of death gets added to some (active) records but not all. This is what we HAVE TO correct in the library data -- to use identifiers not display forms so we can still bring headings together when the display forms change.
