It's on the long list of "would be nice to have if we could change some major things about how the site functions" but right now managing spam reports isn't too onerous and we've literally just gotten the spamfighter working so there's no pipeline to speak of yet. The report feature is something that would take a fair amount of adjusting to tinker with so in the interests of setting expectations, this is not something that is likely to change in the near future unless something radically changes in terms of available developer time.
