Right.  And so here we're just saying that the label you're asserting
for this web document is "Your label here".

And, like I mentioned earlier, I think in the wild variations of
RDF/XML serializations, you could just do:
<foaf:page resource="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_Mahy";
rdfs:label="Your label here" />

and that would say the same thing (more concisely).

For the wikipedia link, it may also be appropriate to use
foaf:isPrimaryTopicOf rather than foaf:page, although there may not be
enough confidence in the integrity of the data to make that
assumption.
