And so here we're just saying that the label you're asserting for this web document is "Your label here". And, like I mentioned earlier, I think in the wild variations of RDF/XML serializations, you could just do: <foaf:page resource="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_Mahy" rdfs:label="Your label here" /> and that would say the same thing (more concisely).
