Is the work-level information available to the edition RDF template?  
If so, we could decide what info to include from the Work record.

FRBR is a bit unclear in many ways but my impression is that the  
intention of it is that a query at a lower level (e.g. edition) would  
include all information from the linked "higher" level (e.g. work).
