some of us from the larger states have trouble with the idea that 
another state is just an hour's drive away :-)

Anyway, I think this has to do with the tables that keep track of IP 
addresses, and Raj suggested a few days ago that OL's need to be 
updated. It boggles my mind that one could accurately discern state 
location by IP address -- but it seems that is the case.
