Hi,

I updated the GeoIP database OL uses. I tested it with two IP addresses that
were giving incorrect results, and now it gives correct results.

We are using the free GeoLiteCity db from MaxMind. We had held off updating it
because the new db was significantly smaller than the old one, and we had heard
complaints about the accuracy of the smaller db. It looks like these might now
be resolved. Hopefully this fixes the problem.
