Looks like your IP address from your provider might be recently reassigned from a different locale - see http://www.geoiptool.com/en/?IP=71.181.69.236
Someone from OL will have to comment about whether the geoip database can be updated, though if your ISP is not updating it themselves, there isn't really a fix in that direction. You might also try bringing your DSL modem off and on, as that will frequently get you a new IP issued.
