Mava, I believe that depends on your catalog system. There are MARC fields for identifiers, such as the 035, but that will only work for you if your system can pick it up from there. Then the cover link string (if that is your mode of access) needs to change from:
<img src="http://covers.openlibrary.org/b/isbn/9780385533225-S.jpg"; /> to <img src="http://covers.openlibrary.org/b/olid/OL18651581M-S.jpg"; /> That then searches OL using the Open Library identifier instead of the ISBN.
