Thanks Tom, I'd had another quick look at those accounts and found that there were a lot of edit spammers that day, rather than the new additions which seems to be the current favourite spam method. Anand seems to have reverted the edits spam already, but I found some users that had made no edits. I imagine that's what the bulk of the this list is? I hadn't had time last week to work out the full pattern to collect them all, so this list is very helpful, thanks! I can automate the deletions from the list using an existing script.
