Thanks again Guillaume! So my take away is that extrusion is not part of the ol3-cesium baseline then? Unfortunately while I was able to get the demo to "work", it didn't seem like the polygons were extruded when I switched to the 3D view. But if the capability isn't in the baseline then I would rather wait anyway.
