Hi,

  OpenLayers 3 supports clustering features.  You can basically draw 
features close to one an other the way you want them to be drawn.  See in 
these examples:

   - http://openlayers.org/en/latest/examples/cluster.html
   - http://openlayers.org/en/latest/examples/earthquake-clusters.html
