! NO !  .

By leaving this bolt out , the yoke will work back & forth on the output shaft 
until the splines fret sufficiently to where the yoke breaks as you're driving .

As it's loosened up twice now , I bet the yoke's splines are kaputi .

Fix this ASAP or prepare for catastrophic failure .
