I dunno. I assume it was in the 1970s since the seatbelt retainer
bolts on
my '78 used a mega-sized Torx. My '79 Electra used Torx screws on the
headlight doors, but my '78 Delta used Phillips in the same
application. I
haven't come across too many of these on any of my Oldses.
