Just a thought, and it's prolly not a good one, but if they just punch a single, neat hole at the low point, wouldn't that make a nice place to install a drain valve? Of course I figure that the monkey's that work in the yardes prolly use a big old axe and hack the crap out of the tank...... Jim 69 442 conv still in pieces.....
