FL man went and got himself a Hayden fan clutch like Milton suggested.
minor fin to fan interference, solved with a Bridgeport Mill.
All is well in the sunny south now
I've had to do this. I was fortunate the fan clutch fit perfectly the late
model 7 blade fan I used. Hayden Universal Thermal Fan Clutch #2765 is the
only one I've been able to find that will fit the shorter engine compartment
of a '64-'65 GM A-Body. I've got 2 in operation and a spare on the shelf.
