He said the motor is not original, fine, but what is
it.  Is that a 400 or 455 and are "B" heads correct
for any 68 motor? 
Ya the stripe was added  to a non-stripe emblem
placement I think.
I have been emailing the seller but he does not know
much more about engine authentication than I do.  I
will call the GM Canada Vintage service tomarrow and
see if they will give me the engine number, and trans
type over the phone, that will verify it was a 4 spd
400ci new or not.
Two years ago when I bought mine I thought $3500 was a
rip off and this one is nearly $8000 already!
