Craig, Where can I find info on the copyright/CLA stuff? As I mentioned in my board report, nobody seems interested in maintaining the project. Some folks have been kind enough to submit a few patches for problems they ran into which I have checked in. Beyond that, I'm not hearing anything and activity on the user list has dropped off as well.
Personally, I'm happy to continue to help maintain the project. I am most familiar with the PHP and to a certain extent the Java implementation of the app, but the rails version is the big gap. I can maintain the workload portion for all 3 as well.
