Yes -- we can't include it on the iso for legal reasons.
The mp4 algorithm is patented, and if we include an implementation of it
in our isos, distributing them is a crime in various countries.
We even keep libfaad2 and friends in separate repositories so mirrors in
unsafe countries can choose not to distribute it.
305 is fixed as well as we can (by having the package available for
anyone to install from mirrors in safe countries).
