Yes, but surely OM will want to polish KDE localizations, too, sooner or
later, so I thought this might be useful.
Regarding which kde module it is, you may use this console helper:
lsof -p `xprop | awk '/PID/{print $3}'` | egrep '\.mo$'
and click on the window, this will show the list of all .mo files for the
window (works not only for KDE, of course).
For kickoff it's the desktop-files, not .po-files, i think I'll give some
helpfull info directly there in the bug.
