apache-doc and apache-mod_suexec projects should be detached from
omv2014.0 platform (as well as from cooker).
These packages are built as subpackages of the apache itself now.

Please note that JAVA packages will be rebuilt separately perl and python
packages which have link errors should rebuild without a problem.
